WE HAVE GOED TO YAS ISLAND TO VISIT THE NEW O1NE NIGHT CLUB, WHICH ALREADY HAD TO WIN THE BEST GLORY IN ABU DHABI. The team of people involved in the club’s promotion calls their brainchild nothing more than an “experiment”. O1NE is really an experiment, given the location of the club on the island of Yas, far from the center of the capital. Nevertheless, from November 21 to 23, during the Formula 1 Grand Prix stage, it is at O1NE that the Yasalam music festival will take place, which traditionally accompanies racing weekends. Their participation in the festival was confirmed by r'n'b star Jason Derulo, trance legend Armin van Buuren, T-Pain Grammy winner and world famous producer and DJ Solomun.
O1NE is an affordable, but at the same time exclusive institution for those who love social life. Even from afar the club impresses. 18 best artists from all over the world worked on the exterior - the club is decorated with amazing graffiti, by the way, the largest in the world. The clubhouse itself - a 17-meter-tall cylindrical structure - amazes with the boldness of design, as well as its interior space: the American destroyer Enterprise, which hosts Fashion Week on its deck, could have looked like that.
On the walls of the club posted huge projection screens with a total area of 350 square meters. Wherever you are located: behind the bar, on the balcony, at one of the countless VIP tables, you are surrounded by screens on which anything can be projected: from the beaches of Saint-Tropez to the nebulae of endless space. The impression is also made by the expanding podium for the performance of artists, surrounded by the most modern sound equipment.
Of course, time will tell whether this center of technology, art and glamor will flourish, but one cannot but admit that the club has a good start.
