In Sharjah increased the penalty for garbage in the wrong place

Sharjah authorities raised a fine for throwing garbage in the wrong places.

The Sharjah administration increased the fine for throwing garbage in inappropriate places from 200 to 500 dirhams, such a fine is provided for persons who commit a violation for the first time.

Hana Saif Al Suvaydi, the head of the Sharjah Environmental Protection Agency (UAE), claims that the highest percentage of violations occur in the dumping of waste and waste in the street.

The fine for deforestation, which now amounts to 100 dirhams, was also changed. This violation most often occurs in September, when people usually begin to cut down certain tree species.

"The cost of lumber is from 7 to 10 thousand dirhams," said Mr. Al Suwaydi.

The department recorded three hundred violations for making fires in desert areas, and this does not allow the fauna to grow in this area for a very long time.

Also, environmental damage is caused by riding on off-road vehicles in non-designated areas.
