The German brand of handbags and accessories MCM, founded in Munich in 1976, quickly gained popularity among aristocrats, celebrities and even members of the royal families, thanks to the traditional German handmade quality and classic style.
In the 80s, with a fashionable leather accessory with a logo on which a laurel wreath shone with a ribbon, one could meet many representatives of the highest society of France, Italy or Germany. Nowadays, the premium brand was reborn: in 2005, it was acquired by the South Korean corporation Sungjoo D&D, which returned MCM to the podium and preferences.
The brand approached its 35th anniversary with massive luggage: today, more than 70 single-brand boutiques and almost 200 points of sale operate in 35 of the world's largest shopping capitals, including in New York, London, Berlin, Hong Kong and Dubai.
