Until the end of this year, free yoga sessions will be held in Dubai.

Dubai's first open-air yoga center offers free classes for everyone.

Dubai’s first specially built outdoor yoga venue in Marasi Bay will hold free classes until the end of the year.

In collaboration between Dubai Properties and the Piloga Yoga and Pilates Studio, the region’s first outdoor swing yoga venue was born. The center hosts vinyasa, yin and swing yoga sessions.

According to the representative of the center, the launch of a unique project was timed to coincide with the launch of the large-scale Dubai Fitness Challenge program. The center will host up to 150 people four times a week to encourage residents and guests of Dubai to do fitness.

3 thousand square meters m of green space, located along the Dubai Canal, right at the Marasi water taxi station.

Commenting on the popularity of yoga in Dubai, the center’s representative said: “Yoga is a workout that allows you to take a holistic approach to both physical and mental conditions. It has been proven that it improves brain function, reduces stress, reduces the risk of heart disease and promotes well-being. "Many people in Dubai are transitioning to a healthy lifestyle after the publication of studies proving an increase in the level of obesity in the UAE and stress."

Those wishing to attend free sessions can register by email at [email protected]. For classes you will need to bring your own mats.

Swing yoga sessions are held every Sunday and Tuesday, vinyasa - every Monday and Wednesday. Both classes start at 7pm and are taught by Piloga instructors.
