Dubai's popular Madinat Jumeirah resort to be expanded

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister, Vice President of the UAE and ruler of Dubai, announced plans to expand the prestigious Madinat Jumeirah resort. The fourth phase of the project will include a luxurious five-star hotel, a complex of villas, a restaurant, a shopping center and a pedestrian zone.

The cost of work is estimated at US $ 80 million, they will be completed by 2015. The implementation of the project will be another achievement of Dubai on the way to its transformation into a world tourist center. The luxury hotel provided for in the new complex will be designed for 420 rooms; several international restaurants will be located on its territory. Villas and apartments will be managed by Jumeirah Living, one of the divisions of the international hotel group Jumeirah.
