IN THE MODERN INTERIOR, ECLECTICS AND EXCLUSIVITY dominate. THE MAIN COMPONENTS OF SUCCESS - DESIGNER'S TALENT AND UNLIMITED FLIGHT OF FANTASY OF OWNER OF LUXURY VILLA OR APARTMENT. THE OTHER IS THE BUSINESS OF TECHNOLOGY.

In the eastern interior, as you know, all the luxury is hidden inside. Getting into the real royal palace is not so easy, but if you did succeed, a surprise awaits you: you are unlikely to find lush ornaments, plenty of carpets and walls painted in all colors of the rainbow. If the interior is tastefully designed, then every detail will personify it: from branded furniture and appliances to the most fashionable finishing materials and fabrics. You will understand: to live like a king means to surround yourself with high quality and functionality.

"Living like a king means adhering to the highest standards of quality and luxury that match your lifestyle," said Fadi Meynmneh, creator and head of the fashion architecture bureau TAO Designs, which has repeatedly created interiors of palaces for the ruling dynasties and VIP clients in the UAE. - Representatives of the ruling families prefer traditional and classic details, but the younger generation is passionate about modern technology, however, both agree that the design should be luxurious, for all time and unique of its kind. "

The decoration of a house built on the shores of the Persian Gulf should be approached with special trepidation. First of all, this concerns finishing and facing materials, since poor-quality fakes can spoil the whole concept and, of course, stand out from their "branded" neighbors. Modern designers will probably advise you to use marble, aluminum, glass, stainless steel (and avoid parquet, laminate and wood) in decoration - all that lasts a long time and gives the house a welcome coolness. And they will be right! Indeed, in our climate, our own villa is not just a place for receiving guests, but also a reliable shelter from the sweltering heat. This happened historically, and following traditions in this case is the first sign of good taste.

The right to exclusivity creates its own fashion. Following the desire to turn your home into a picture from a fashion magazine, a mature need came to be different from everyone else, and the designers faced a more difficult task - to continue to amaze. “Clients have become more educated, they travel around the world and see a lot. There is no fashion or trend in design today, we are only talking about maintaining proportions, external harmony and the proper use of materials,” Fadi Mneimneh explains.

Until now, in the interiors of hotels and boutiques we see an abundance of gold leaf - this is the signature style of the Arab world. However, in the interiors of villas and apartments today materials that are several times more expensive than gold can be used. And whoever understands well will certainly pay attention to them. “If you buy a large villa in Dubai, contact professional designers who will help you to decorate it competently. After all, the interior filling will certainly add to your home not only beauty and style, but also affect its investment attractiveness,” concludes the TAO bureau owner.

In a truly stylish interior, every detail captivates everyone else. Sometimes it all starts with a slight redecoration, and ends with a complete transformation of the house. After all, the limit of perfection, as you know, does not exist. The task of the designer is to feel and understand in which interior you will be comfortable, what exactly will suit your taste and lifestyle. If you decide to transform your world, find such a professional.
