"I write as an artist, preserving the connection between writing and drawing. Through the ancient culture of manuscripts, the physiological side of the matter is manifested - drawing a word is more related to communication with the body, the problems of the body than the problems of the mind or soul," the artist says.

One of the most striking artists of our time and his work from the series “Studies of American Suprematism” is brought to the Art Dubai 2015 by the Iraqi Gallery, founded in Moscow in 2008.

The gallery’s mission is to represent Russian authors on the European art scene, to facilitate their participation in international projects and integration into the global art process, as well as to demonstrate the latest trends in European contemporary art in Russia. "For the past two years, our gallery has taken part in the Istanbul Contemporary Art Fair, and this has become a kind of preparation for Art Dubai, which is the leading international art fair in the Middle East," notes gallery director, curator Yekaterina Iraghi. - In recent years, Art Dubai Fair "She proved herself to be one of the most globalized venues in the world of art. At the same time, she focuses on the quality and high professionalism of the organizers and participants of the process. Of course, this attracts us very much."

Today, the Middle East is becoming not only a new investment center, but also a new global place of attraction in the field of art through the development of new cultural projects, the involvement of international experts, and the creation of unique art collections. An example is the grandiose project of the "Arabian" Louvre, which is carried out jointly with French experts - representatives of the three largest French museums: the Louvre, d'Orsay and the Center Pompidou. In the formation of the art market in the Middle East, a long-term international strategy and a special development path are seen, which seems very interesting and promising to all its participants. “We perceive Art Dubai as a high-level innovative event, unlike other fairs. First of all, it is an intellectual platform that provides an opportunity to speak with leading curators, museum directors, artists and which attracts the attention of a wide audience of visitors from all over the Middle East, South Asia and beyond its borders. Such a professional approach to organizing the event is highly appreciated by the art community, "the curator explained.
