Dear compatriots!
May 9 is a holy day of our common history, a holiday with tears in his eyes. On this day, we recall the immortal feat of our people. We honor all those who fought for the freedom and independence of the Motherland on the fronts, who forged Victory in the rear - those who returned with banners from the most bloody war, and those who forever remained on the battlefields.
On the fronts of World War II from Tajikistan left 300 thousand people. Every third did not return home. 54 Tajiks were awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union, 15 became full holders of the Order of Glory. This is our story, our pain and our pride!
We pay tribute to our veterans, bow our heads before their courage and unbending will, and thank you for the clear sky above your head. There are very few of them left! But on the day of the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory we all together say: "Nobody is forgotten, nothing is forgotten."
