This was reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the UAE. To apply for a visa, sponsorship of a citizen, resident of the UAE or investor is required. You can apply on the website www.moi.gov.ae or through the UAE-MOI mobile application, which can be downloaded to your smartphone.
A guest visa allows a person to enter the UAE for a certain period of time one or more times. On the site you need to fill out questionnaires and attach the documents of the sponsor. If a family member (UAE resident) invites, you must attach documents proving kinship, a rental contract and documents on payment of utilities, as well as a number of other documents.
