7th Dubai Women's Run November 17th Women's Run

Under the auspices of the UAE Athletics Federation and the support of the Plan B agency, on November 17, the annual Women's Run will be held in Dubai. The race is held for the seventh time and expects a record number of participants - up to 10,000 people. This year's run will take place on the Marasi Business Bay.

The purpose of the event is not only to draw attention to women's sports and a healthy lifestyle, but also to support the desire of women to take care of themselves and their desire to communicate with other like-minded women. Women with any level of training can participate in the race; the age limit for participants is at least 14 years old. The race provides for two distances to choose from: 5 km and 10 km.

Registration takes place until November 12 online at www.dubaiwomensrun.com or at the affiliates of the event’s partners Lorna Jane stores and Liali Jewelery stores in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. The registration fee is 150 dirhams and includes admission to the event, a sports kit (running kit, which must be obtained in advance and must be with you on the day of the race) and special discounts in the stores of the partners of the event.

Both individual participants and groups are allowed to register. Groups of 3 to 10 can be registered at www.dubaiwomensrun.com. Groups of more than 10 people should send an application to the email address [email protected].

The event organizers also invite spectators to support athletes and organize a children's zone, an entertainment program and kiosks selling snacks and drinks at the venue.
