Emirates Islamic Bank of the United Arab Emirates presents Tesla cars to the winners of its promotion.
The first of five Tesla cars that Emirates Islamic Bank (EIB) is playing in the UAE found its owner.
Ahmad Hamad Al Suwaydi, a UAE citizen, was the first contributor to win Tesla.
The EIB holds a draw among UAE residents who deposit at least 5 thousand dirhams ($ US 1.36 thousand) into the Kunooz savings account.
In addition, the EIB gives out daily prizes in the amount of 3 thousand dirhams ($ US 816), and each client gets access to a special lottery with a daily fund of 1000 dirhams.
The campaign aims to encourage residents to save money and maintain a “healthy” financial lifestyle.
“We believe that rewarding our customers for effective savings initiatives can have a definite and significant impact on their future,” said Vasim Saifi, Deputy General Director for Consumer Credit and Money Management at Emirates Islamic.
The campaign began on February 1 and ends on April 30.
