This initiative is the first project of the recently created Mohammed Ibn Rashid Center for Accelerated Research.

The program includes three steps. The first relates to the colonization of outer space, its task is to search and study places in outer space where a settlement of at least 100 people could be organized. It addresses issues such as building automation, energy supply, food and water, heating and cooling.

The second step, “Space Planning and the Ecology of Space,” provides for the possibility of creating living environments near the Moon, Mars, asteroids, and other orbital habitats.

The third step, "Economics, Business Models and Management," is aimed at developing and strengthening business projects and searching for private companies interested in carrying out commercial activities in space.

Also one of the issues addressed by the program is the peaceful exploration of outer space.
