The court of Dubai is hearing the case of a worker who went on the murder of his leader because of the refusal of leave.
A 25-year-old technician of Pakistani origin has been charged with intentional homicide in Dubai. According to the case file, the employee killed his boss because he refused to give him leave.
The accused’s boss, a businessman of Indian descent, rejected the Pakistani’s request a week before the incident. On the day of the murder, the accused turned to the head again. When the boss ignored his question, the accused attacked him with a knife.
The defendant also tried to attack his colleague, who was at the crime scene. An employee dodged a knife and was able to knock out a weapon from the hands of a Pakistani.
The defendant initially admitted his deed, denied the charges in the Court of First Instance last Sunday.
The hearing was adjourned until January 14.
