Without receiving a visa in advance, citizens of most European countries, as well as citizens of some other countries who are issued a visa on arrival (On Arrival), as well as citizens, can enter the United Arab Emirates Russian Federation.
List of countries whose citizens are issued a visa "upon arrival":
- Andorra
- Australia;
- Brunei;
- Canada;
- Hong Kong;
- Ireland;
- Japan;
- Malaysia;
- Monaco;
- New Zealand;
- The Republic of Kazakhstan;
- People's Republic of China;
- San Marino
- Singapore;
- South Korea;
- Great Britain;
- USA;
- Vatican;
- Ukraine;
Citizens of these countries can go directly to the passport control desk at UAE airports, where border guards will scan the retina (eye scan or retina scan), check the passport and, if the passport holder’s data is not on any blacklist, data in the database of the UAE immigration service, and put a stamp on the border crossing in the passport. At the same time, no visas are printed or pasted into the passport.
The list of countries whose citizens are issued a multiple entry visa from the UAE, giving the right to find in the country up to 90 days:

A multiple entry visa to the UAE, valid for 6 months from the date of issue and allowing to stay in the country for up to 90 days, will be issued in the passport for citizens of these states.
Please note that the lists provided are supplemented by new countries from time to time.
Citizens of all other countries should still receive an entry tourist visa through travel companies or in authorized visa centers before traveling to the UAE.
