The telecommunications company Du was the first company in the United Arab Emirates and the Middle East region, which began broadcasting three-dimensional television programs for its subscribers in June this year.

Starting in June, all users of Du services have the opportunity to watch three-dimensional television programs on channel 699 without connecting any additional packages or programs. “Three-dimensional television is a new and promising technology, which is why we are very pleased that our company was the first in the Middle East region to be able to offer its viewers a glimpse into the future and do it completely free,” said Farid Faraiduni, Du Commercial Manager . “In addition, this fact is a demonstration that the company is able to provide its customers with access to the latest technologies available on the market today.”

All Du TV decoders are already connected to 3D and HD formats. In order to be able to watch programs in three-dimensional image, viewers should only be the owners of televisions that support the demonstration of three-dimensional programs, and special glasses. Programs on various subjects will be shown on the 3D television channel: fashion, art, travel, sports, lifestyle. The channel is free and available to all viewers without exception from June 1 of this year. Today it is the only one in the Middle East.
