Hala, what is the basic concept of your boutique?
My sister and I opened our store on the day when the largest shopping center in the Dubai Mall region was opened to the general public. We are proud to be one of the first. The concept of Professionelle is to give all women the beauty and originality of the clothes of Brazilian designers. Every year, our sister flies at Fashion Week in Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro in order to make purchases, carefully selecting everything that will be well received by customers here. We chose Brazil because, firstly, we ourselves like the work of its designers, and secondly, no one before us in the United Arab Emirates represented the Brazilian Fashion Houses, although in their country they are just at the peak of popularity. We decided to convince people in this region that not only French or English fashion brands deserve attention.
What do you think Brazilian collections are especially attracted to?
The quality of fabrics, interesting silhouettes, original ideas for cocktail and evening dresses and, of course, cheerful colors. Every customer who has visited our boutique at least once will definitely come back to get acquainted with new arrivals. This is a certain incentive for us, which makes us look for new models and bring more sizes, because Dubai is a multinational city and what suits a woman from Europe will not "sit down" on the one that came from Southeast Asia.
What brands do you represent at Professionelle?
We have concluded many contracts with different fashion brands. Among the main ones, those that we brought from Barcelona, I can name Jovani, Juju Costa, Iodice, for example. They are quite successfully sold here. Every time we negotiate with a designer, we try to find out if his brand is represented in Dubai. The competition in this market is strong, and we can’t be sure that someone else doesn’t sell clothes of the same brands here, however we have some Fashion houses represented exclusively in Professionelle.
What do you offer women in the summer season?
A large selection of beautiful cotton dresses, blouses and skirts in the style of the 1950-60s with bright colors and a cut in shape. In addition, we can confidently say that we have a fairly large selection of cocktail and evening dresses, as well as accessories for them - clutches, jewelry, belts. For Ramadan, we have prepared a collection of caftans and hand-painted silk dresses from young Middle Eastern design houses. I sincerely hope that the woman who knocked down, looking for a suitable dress to go out, will be able to complete the search, once in Professionelle. My sister and I are so attentive to the choice of each thing that, in fact, we present ready-made solutions for all occasions in our boutique. Visit us to feel all the charm of Brazilian fashion.

Our business is still very young. We do not have any plans for further expansion. We just want to please ourselves and all women with beautiful, comfortable and unique clothes. While we are doing well, we will continue what we have begun.
