The largest caviar bank in the world was served in Dubai

The symbol of Dubai, the Burj Al Arab Hotel, has become the setting of a new world record. Here was served the largest can of natural caviar in the world.

On the occasion of the festive buffet reception in one of the symbols of Dubai, the “7-star” hotel Burj Al Arab, a new world record was set by the management of the establishment in partnership with AmStur Caviar. The hotel opened a VIP can of imperial caviar of natural origin weighing 17.86 kg.

The jar was named "Mashenomak" in honor of the "great white sturgeon" from Native American legend. She was commissioned by AmStur specifically for this buffet.

Representatives of the Guinness Book of Records present at the event recalled that, according to the conditions, a complete “emptying” of the caviar can is required to establish a record. Thus, after weighing the guests had the opportunity to take part in the world's largest caviar serving procedure using engraved mother-of-pearl spoons, which were also made specifically for the event.

“We are very pleased to partner with AmStur Caviar and are happy to share this incredible, record-breaking experience with our most valuable and regular customers,” said Doris Grif, Senior Vice President, MEASA Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts.

He added that the caviar prepared for the event corresponds to the principles of sustainable development, which finds its intersection with the philosophy of the Jumeirah Group.
